The annual Whitelane IT Outsourcing Study ranks Wipro among the top service providers in Germany for customer satisfaction

Whitelane Research, an independent company that focuses on IT outsourcing throughout Europe, has released the results of their 2021 IT Outsourcing Study for Germany. The organization has once again ranked Wipro among the top service providers in Germany in the overall customer satisfaction category with a satisfaction score of 80%, 6% higher than the market average (74%).

Whitelane also commended Wipro for our ongoing commitment to driving innovation amongst our clients and taking the number one spot in the innovation category. 

For 2021, this Whitelane and Navisco study included more than 180 companies with the highest IT spending in Germany. The study included 28 IT and cloud service providers and covered more than 500 unique IT sourcing relationships.  To be ranked in the report, service providers were required to have at least eight client evaluations for general satisfaction, which the study evaluated across nine different key performance indicators (KPIs): Service Delivery Quality, Cloud Capability, Account Management, Pro-activity, Price Level, Contractual Flexibility, Transformation Quality, Innovation and Business Understanding.

Wipro also saw improvements in the account management (ranked second), contractual flexibility (ranked second), and data center, managed infrastructure, and hosting (ranked second) categories. We are proud of the result and would like to thank everyone who contributed to our success in Germany this year.
