The 2026 Whitelane IT Sourcing Study for the UK & Ireland is based on input from close to 400 participants from the region’s top IT-spending organisations and more than 1,000 evaluated IT sourcing relationships across 37 service providers. Wipro received 31 evaluations in the study and achieved Exceptional Performer status for general satisfaction, reflecting strong client confidence in its delivery quality, account management, and ability to support complex transformation programmes. 

Wipro’s 83% general satisfaction score represents a four-point improvement from 2025 and places the company well above the market average. 

Strong performance across services 

Wipro achieved Exceptional Performer status in Application Services, where it scored 82%, six points above the market average. In Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Wipro scored 84%, ranking second among participating providers and again earning Exceptional Performer status. The company also maintained a leading position in Workplace Services with an 83% score, sharing the top ranking among participating providers. 

Wipro further demonstrated its breadth of capability in Network & Connectivity Services, achieving an 80% satisfaction score and sharing the top position, while also scoring 80% in Security Services and ranking among the top providers in the category. These results underscore Wipro’s ability to deliver consistent value across both core IT operations and high-demand transformation areas. 

Recognition built on client satisfaction and trusted delivery 

To gauge provider performance, Whitelane evaluates service providers through client feedback on general satisfaction and key performance indicators, including service delivery quality, account management quality, and value for money. Wipro scored 81% for service delivery, and 85% for account management quality, demonstrating strong performance across the dimensions that matter most to enterprise clients.
