Wipro Ranks #2 for Customer Satisfaction in Whitelane 2020 French IT Sourcing Study

Whitelane Research, an independent company that focuses on IT outsourcing throughout Europe, recently released the results for their 2020 France IT Sourcing Study. We’re thrilled to share that Wipro ranked #2 in their overall Customer Satisfaction category with a satisfaction score of 80% (market average 71%). 

For 2020, this Whitelane study included more than 160 participants, spanning 29 IT and cloud services providers, more than 480 IT sourcing relationships, and more than 300 cloud sourcing relationships. To be ranked in the report, service providers were required to have at least eight client evaluations for general satisfaction, and they were evaluated across nine different key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Service Delivery Quality
  • Cloud Capability
  • Account Management
  • Proactivity
  • Price Level
  • Contractual Flexibility
  • Innovation
  • Transformation Quality
  • Business Understanding

Supporting our ranking of second in overall customer satisfaction, Wipro ranked above market average for all nine KPI categories, including these notable distinctions:

  • 1st Place: Account Management
  • 1st Place: Proactivity
  • 1st Place: Business Understanding
  • 2nd Place: Service Delivery Quality
  • 2nd Place: Transformation Quality
  • 3rd Place: Cloud Capability

Wipro was also ranked #2 on Application development, maintenance and testing with a Customer Satisfaction score of 80% (market average 72%).
