Wipro Ranks Among the Top Service Providers in Customer Satisfaction Category in 2021

Whitelane Research, an independent company that focuses on IT outsourcing throughout Europe, recently released the results for their 2021 IT Outsourcing Study for the UK. We are excited to share that Wipro is ranked among the top service providers on overall Customer Satisfaction category with a satisfaction score of 76% (market average 72%) in the UK.

Wipro ranked #2 on Cloud Capability with a Customer Satisfaction score of 83% (market average 72%) and #2 again on Transformation Quality with a Customer Satisfaction score of 74% (market average 65%).

For 2021, this Whitelane and PA Consulting study included more than 250 participants of the top IT spending organizations in the UK, spanning 34 IT and cloud services providers, more than 600 IT sourcing relationships, and more than 800 cloud sourcing relationships in the UK. To be ranked in the report, service providers were required to have at least eight client evaluations for general satisfaction, and they were evaluated across nine different key performance indicators (KPIs): Service Delivery Quality, Cloud Capability, Account Management, Pro-activity, Price Level, Contractual Flexibility, Transformation Quality, Innovation and Business Understanding.
