Whitelane Research, an independent company that focuses on IT outsourcing in Europe, has published the results of their 2021 IT Outsourcing Study for France. Wipro has once again been ranked among the top service providers in France in the Overall Customer Satisfaction category, coming third in the market with a satisfaction score of 78%, 7% higher than the market average (71%). Wipro scored 5% above the market average for 6 out of 9 of the KPIs under evaluation.
This particular Whitelane study included more than 160 companies with the highest IT spending in France, including 31 IT and cloud service providers, and covering more than 480 unique IT sourcing relationships. To be ranked in the report, service providers were required to have at least eight client evaluations for general satisfaction, which were then evaluated across nine different key performance indicators (KPIs): Service Delivery Quality, Cloud Capability, Account Management, Pro-activity, Price Level, Contractual Flexibility, Transformation Quality, Innovation and Business Understanding.
Wipro scored especially high for account management, innovation and application development, where we secured top three rankings.
“Wipro has had a great year in France, scoring above the market average in most categories and second in the market for account management and application development. This year our survey showed a particularly strong correlation between account management and overall customer satisfaction, and Wipro’s strong performance here played an important role in the businesses’ overall success.” Jef Loos, Head of Sourcing, Whitelane Research
