Gartner recently published its February 2021 Magic Quadrant for Customer Service BPO where Wipro has been positioned as ‘Leader’. The Magic Quadrant research identifies and then analyzes the most relevant providers and their products and services in a market.

Gartner evaluates vendors on the quality and efficacy of the processes, systems, methods or procedures that enable CS BPO provider performance to be competitive, efficient and effective, and positively impact revenue, customer retention and reputation within Gartner’s view of the market.

We believe that the report validates Wipro’s capabilities and experience in providing contextualized and personalized customer experience by leveraging next-gen technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation.
