Wipro Ranks Among the Top Service Providers in Customer Satisfaction Category in Whitelane & PA Consulting IT Outsourcing Study 2021 in Nordic Region.

Whitelane Research, an independent company that focuses on IT outsourcing throughout Europe, recently released the results for their 2021 IT Outsourcing Study for the Nordics region. We are excited to share that Wipro is ranked among the top service providers on overall Customer Satisfaction category with a satisfaction score of 74% (market average 72%) in Nordics. Wipro ranked #4 with a Customer Satisfaction score of 78% (market average 73%) in Sweden. Wipro was also ranked #3 on Service Delivery Quality with a score of 80% (market average 74%).

Wipro ranked #3 on End-user services with a Customer Satisfaction score of 74% (market average 70%) and #4 on Application development, maintenance, testing & SaaS with a Customer Satisfaction score of 78% (market average 73%).

For 2021, this Whitelane and PA Consulting study included more than 350 participants of the top IT spending organizations in the Nordics region, spanning 28 IT and cloud services providers, more than 700 IT sourcing relationships, and more than 700 cloud sourcing relationships in Nordics. To be ranked in the report, service providers were required to have at least eight client evaluations for general satisfaction, and they were evaluated across nine different key performance indicators (KPIs): Service Delivery Quality, Cloud Capability, Account Management, Pro-activity, Price Level, Contractual Flexibility, Transformation Quality, Innovation and Business Understanding.
