Challenge
The client’s IT environment faced several challenges at the systemic level. Increased SaaS & Cloud necessitated better access to internet. The bandwidth with two global MPLS WAN circuits were both costly and difficult to manage. Rolling out the Quality of Service (QoS) changes consumed a lot of time and effort. The back-up circuits were also underutilized. In addition to this, it limited visibility and control of application traffic transmitted over WAN. It was difficult to figure out and finalize the best-suited SDWAN solution out of the many options available in the market.

With its experience in Program Management of large-scale projects, global logistics, and ownership, Wipro was able to provide long-term solutions to the client. We conducted a comprehensive assessment of OEM products and features. Wipro also has a dedicated COE for SDWAN with multiple OEM equipment at its disposal, which can revamp IT systems.
