Wipro’s Claims Straight Through Processing solution is a non-intrusive solution with an ability to integrate into the existing warranty solutions.  A SaaS based solution built on Pega cloud platform provides business users an ability to define simple to very complex warranty claims validation business rules, through an intuitive and guided workflow-based creation wizard. The solution provides a Claim Validation Service which takes claim details as input and returns an outcome(s) executing all the business rule validations applicable for the claim as defined by business user.

4. Risk Remediation Platform for User Defined Applications (UDA)

Wipro’s Risk Remediation Platform built on Pega, provides a 100% configurable approach to UDA remediation. The platform allows companies to leverage existing well tested Excel-based working file templates, ensuring that operations teams have the flexibility to make changes while the system remains governed and controlled per IT standard processes. As the platform shifts development tasks from custom coding for each UDA to a completely configuration-driven automation, production runs are simplified through faster change management.  With the platform in place, highly regulated institutions can rapidly move from manual processes based on email and spreadsheets to an open-architecture-based model that combines the capabilities of Pega with a extract, transform, load (ETL) component using different tools and libraries. It also enables business determined ‘maker-checker’ capability.
