Franco is the Chief Digital Officer for Canada Post, one of Canada’s largest employers and CEO of Innovapost, the shared IT services company for Canada Post group of companies.. He is responsible for providing the vision, strategic direction, and implementation of digital capabilities that are required to create a competitive advantage for the Canada Post Group Of Companies.
Over the last 25+ years, Franco held various other roles at Canada Post and Innovapost, and is a highly accomplished leader experienced in leading strategic IT and business pursuits across operations, finance, retail, customer service, administration, and digital.
