- Designed and built the end-to-end user journey from discovery, purchase decision, financing, and refinancing. Redefined workflows for a seamless experience.
- Integrated API-driven journey- i.e. encompassing external APIs and financial products from the client onto one platform for the end user
- Offering greater convenience and a one-stop shop to an automobile buyer helped the bank with better conversion of acquired customer leads and retention of customers.
