With a strong track record in driving growth across financial services, insurance and regulated markets, Pradeep is responsible for shaping Servaada’s go-to-market approach and deepening strategic relationships with clients. Gurpreet Singh Arora

Chief Technology & Change Officer

With over 28 years of experience in technology and enterprise transformation, Gurpreet leads Servaada’s innovation, platform strategy, and change agenda. He has spearheaded large-scale transformation initiatives across BFSI and BPO sectors, including platform and process reengineering programmes. Gurpreet brings deep expertise in ERP, engineering delivery, and complex business operations—guiding multi-disciplinary teams to unlock value through automation, scalability, and customer-centric design.

Nigel Rothery

Chief Change Officer

As Chief Change Officer for Servaada, Nigel brings extensive operational and change leadership experience, with a career spanning over four decades in financial services as both a consultant and in FCA-approved roles. Notably, Nigel has worked at Lloyds Banking Group, Royal London, Direct Line, Equitable Life, Clerical Medical and Scottish Widows, where he was Managing Director of their offshore bond business in the Isle of Man. As Chief Change Officer, he is responsible for overseeing Servaada’s significant transformation and change agenda across multiple clients and for establishing its long-term operating model and change capability.

Mark Connolley

Chief Risk Officer

Mark Connolley brings four decades of expertise across the financial services industry, with deep specialisation in Operational, Enterprise, Market, and Credit Risk. He has successfully led complex regulatory change programmes in collaboration with key regulators across the UK, US, Switzerland, Germany, and the wider European market. As Chief Risk Officer at Servaada, Mark drives the firm’s risk strategy and governance framework—ensuring resilience, regulatory alignment, and confidence across every aspect of service delivery.

Andrew Briggs

Andy brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in policy, compliance, and regulatory operations. Prior to joining Servaada in October 2023, Andy held a senior compliance role at The People’s Partnership, the UK’s largest private sector DC master trust. His career also includes 15 years at The Pensions Regulator, where he led initiatives across policy development, enforcement, and operational governance. At Servaada, Andy oversees the firm’s compliance strategy—ensuring integrity, regulatory alignment, and customer-focused service excellence.
