Barath Narayanan is a highly accomplished business leader with extensive experience in managing many businesses within Wipro over past two decades. He is responsible for Wipro Digital and Cloud Service Line globally within FullStride Wipro Cloud Unit. This division offers a wide range of services - application modernization, cloud migration, digital consulting, dev ops, agile, enterprise architecture, and quality engineering, contributing more than 20% of the organization's revenue. As a deputy to the global business head of FullStride Cloud Unit, Barath is responsible for driving strategy, growth and profitability in this area.

Barath has been with Wipro for over 22+ years and has held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer for Wipro's Europe business, where he led sales and delivery operations. He is a strategic and innovative business leader who has a unique blend of industry experience in managing P&L for business units, winning large deals worth over 1 billion USD, building industry consulting organizations, and delivering complex programs that spur growth and profitability. He has an outstanding ability to build relationships with CXOs by solving their business problems and is highly passionate about driving client and employee success.

In addition to his business leadership, Barath is also a socially responsible leader who is passionate about Wipro's purpose of giving back to society. He actively participates in various charity initiatives globally, including Haven House Children's Hospice & Jersey Hospice Care in UK, and The Rain School initiative in India.

He holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Bits Pilani and a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Thiagarajar School of Management - India. Barath is based in Switzerland with his wife and daughter.
