Results for the third quarter ending December 31, 2018 will be announced on January 18, 2019, Friday after stock market trading hours in India.

Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.

For example, the quiet period for Q3’FY19 will begin from 16th December, 2018 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 18th January, 2019 (the date on which the results for Q3’FY19 will be announced).
