About Ralph:
Ralph Loura is Lumentum’s Senior Vice President IT and Chief Information Officer. Loura joined Lumentum in October 2018 with a rich history of senior IT leadership where he directed IT organizations executing programs in business intelligence, operations, and customer-relationship management. Before Lumentum, Loura has served over 25 years as an IT leader with premier companies in technology and consumer products including Rodan + Fields, Hewlett-Packard (HP) Enterprise Group, Clorox, Symbol Technologies, Cisco, and Lucent Technologies. Loura is a recipient of Computerworld’s 2012 Premier 100 IT Leaders and Consumer Goods Technology’s 2013 CIO of the Year. He holds a B.S. in computer science-mathematics from Saint Joseph's College and a Masters in computer science from Northwestern University.
About Tim:
Tim has spent a lot of time of his career pioneering new solutions that empower companies to leverage enhanced visibility into their IT spending to redistribute more toward growth and transformation. Tim spent the majority of his 20-year career at Cisco Systems in IT followed by leadership roles at VMware and ServiceNow. Tim has been a key part of the cross-industry team that developed the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework. In addition to his role at Wipro as the Global Practice Leader for Technology Business Management, he continues to cultivate a strong presence throughout the industry as a member of the TBM Council Steering Committee and hosts CIO Webinars focused on transforming IT into a services organization leveraging TBM. He recently was invited to the White House to speak with our US CIO to provide guidance as they continue to adopt TBM by 2023.
