International Women’s Day 2021 – Women in Business Roundtable
Women have been at the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis, as healthcare workers, innovators, community organizers, and some of the most exemplary and effective national leaders and business chiefs. Women are making irreplaceable contributions to decisions, policies, and laws that work better for all.
The post-COVID hybrid workplace holds possibilities for flexible arrangements and employment opportunities. Remote work has blurred geographical boundaries, allowing firms to leverage women’s expertise from around the globe.
So, this International Women’s Day, we take a closer look at what the ‘future of work’ means for women, and the community at large. We are inviting top business and technology leaders to discuss whether flexible arrangements, gig work, and the distributed workforce are likely to level the playing field somewhat, in technology and beyond.
