Wipro migrated the legacy on-premise Peoplesoft HR applications to Oracle HCM Cloud – which covered several key HR functions such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Time & Labor, Benefits and Absence Management. Wipro undertook end-to-end ownership of implementation, user training, change management and support for operations across 7 countries. Key aspects of the program included:
Wipro leveraged homegrown tools and accelerators – DS Integrator, Drivemethod, data collection templates, Payroll reconciliation tool – as part of the simplified methodology for accelerated Cloud implementation. Additionally, Wipro also leveraged Oracle PaaS tools such as ICS (Integration Cloud Service) and Oracle Apex for simplified integration with other applications.
