Wipro Switzerland Earns Great Place To Work Certification

Wipro Switzerland is proud to announce that we have been certified including a ranking by Great Place To Work. This prestigious award is based entirely on what our local employees say about their experiences working at Wipro Switzerland and a Culture Audit performed by GPTW auditors.

Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation. Their global certification consists of two elements: The Trust Index, which is an anonymous survey of all employees (including executives and management), and the Culture Brief, which collects information on factors such as ownership, employee demographics, and pay and benefits systems. 

Wipro Switzerland employees provided their feedback on 60 survey questions that measure “trust” in workplace culture across five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie, and pride. The questions cover topics such as employees’ experience of the workplace culture, leadership effectiveness and innovation, respondent demographics, and employees’ feedback about the strengths and improvement areas for their employer.

Wipro Switzerland scored highly in several key areas, including diversity, equity, and inclusion; making a difference at work; giving back to their community; and teamwork. This is testament to the Spirit of Wipro and the organization’s Five Habits.

The ranking (large company category), which involved an onsite assessment of Wipro’s culture, validates Wipro’s efforts as a leading employer brand in Switzerland, and our commitment to strengthen our local workforce. GPTW visited Wipro’s Zürich office in November 2023 where they performed the onsite assessment. The audit assessed the following dimensions: Trust – Values - Leadership effectiveness – Innovation by all – Acts of bold leadership. The audit included a lunch with Wipro employees to feel the pulse.
