Wipro Delivers SIAM and AI-powered Digital Transformation for His Majesty’s Treasury (HMT)

Wipro is delivering SIAM services for His Majesty’s Treasury (HMT) to enhance user satisfaction by driving flexibility, stability, innovation, and continuous service improvement across multiple IT suppliers. Wipro manages 27 SIAM processes in close collaboration with these suppliers, providing greater control, transparency, and visibility for stakeholders.

In addition, Wipro is supporting HMT in reimagining how policy advice is developed and delivered, unlocking new value through emerging technologies. Wipro conducted a comprehensive capability assessment, designed a new, people-centric policy formulation model, recommended the latest AI technologies, and developed a prioritized roadmap for implementation.

Wipro also partnered with HMT to design a modern HR Target Operating Model aimed at meeting the needs of a young and engaged workforce. This streamlined, tech-enabled HR model focuses on delivering strategic, value-driven, and insight-led services. Wipro assessed existing capabilities, defined the target model, developed the business case, and created a strategic roadmap to guide implementation.
