She has over ten years of experience collaborating with senior executives on topics such as inclusive leadership, equity and equality, unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, and communication strategies. Yolanda has chaired several resource groups and is currently the Chair of Wipro Women in Cyber.  She has helped coordinate and lead several leaderships summits and conferences in various industries. Yolanda has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavioral Analysis, as well as a Master's degree in organizational leadership.

Aparna Balasundaram

Dr. Aparna Samuel Balasundaram is the Global Head for Wellbeing and Resilience, for Consumer, DOP. She has successfully built and executed a clinical and evidence-based approach to employee wellbeing and psychological health, incorporating a DEI lens. She is an award winning and published thought leader, TEDx speaker and has over 24 years of experience in global strategy, program management and clinical experience in mental health and wellbeing, across both corporate and behavioral health care settings. She is an Adjunct lecturer at Columbia University teaching courses on work and wellbeing, mental health, diversity, and human development.
