Wipro implemented the SER Doxis ECM platform as a centralized solution to transform the client’s content management and governance. To start with, the team designed custom interfaces and workflows, creating tailored metadata models and user-friendly layouts to meet regional and departmental needs. Additionally, advanced search capabilities were introduced, enabling full-text and metadata-driven searches with multilingual support and dynamic filters for quick and accurate data retrieval. Moreover, bulk upload and automation features streamlined archival processes by automating indexing and classification, significantly reducing manual effort.
To strengthen security and compliance, Wipro configured granular, role-based access controls along with encryption and retention policies aligned with global regulatory standards. Finally, the team tackled legacy ERP decommissioning by migrating and archiving historical data from multiple systems, paving the way for their retirement and reducing maintenance overhead. This comprehensive approach not only modernized the ECM ecosystem but also delivered cost efficiency, improved compliance, and a future-ready platform for global operations.
