The engagement began with a complete overhaul of data structures, updating taxonomies and metadata models to improve search and retrieval capabilities, which were augmented by advanced search mechanisms.

To strengthen governance, Wipro configured granular role-based access controls and lifecycle-aware permission templates tailored to the client’s global business needs. Enhanced compliance features were introduced through automated retention schedules, audit logging, and lifecycle workflows such as SOP approvals and revalidations, ensuring alignment with internal and regulatory standards.

For seamless operations, the team delivered integration enhancements, including re‑use of existing file storage and REST‑based APIs for interoperability with ERP systems, reporting tools such as Power BI, and the client’s user management systems. User experience was further elevated through intuitive widgets and interfaces that simplified day-to-day content interactions.
