Wipro designed and implemented a Clinical Laboratory Data Portal built on a modern technology stack consisting of React, Spring Boot and REST APIs. The solution introduced a centralized interface for managing exceptions, test codes, and status updates, supported by integrated dashboards and analytics for real-time insights. Advanced features such as self-service capabilities enabled users to access data, submit resolutions, and track issues independently, while enhanced transparency and reporting improved collaboration across departments.
