The appraisal identified salient strengths such as leadership commitment to quality and delivery excellence through various initiatives and adoption of multiple models, frameworks, and standards. In addition, the appraisal highlighted well established process ecosystems with deep measurement analytics employing statistical and quantitative models to stabilize, predict and multiply the capabilities to deliver value to its clients.
