Highlights growing opportunities post-acquisition by Wipro
Indianapolis, IN ? February 27, 2017 ? HfS Research recently analyzed the capabilities of 12 Salesforce services providers, and positioned Appirio, a Wipro company, in the Winner's Circle among a select group of industry players.
The Winner's Circle distinction comes on the heels of Appirio's recent acquisition by Wipro, a leading global IT services company. The integration of the two companies includes the consolidation of Wipro's existing Salesforce practice under the Appirio brand and structure.
"Appirio has extensive experience in delivering Salesforce services," said Khalda De Souza, Research Director at HfS Research and author of the recent HfS Blueprint on Salesforce Services. "Appirio is positioned in the Winner's Circle in our Blueprint Report because of its end-user focus, industry sector approach and strong investments in tools. Appirio also received excellent reference client feedback, which highlighted industry sector understanding, analytics capabilities and vision as particular strengths."
The report highlights Appirio's unique focus on enabling outstanding worker and customer experiences that place the end-user at the center of engagements ? a vision resonating with buyers across various industries and regions.
