November 02, 2016 : Salesforce recognizes Appirio with 2016 Partner Innovation Award
Indianapolis, IN ? November 2, 2016 ? Appirio, a global cloud services company that creates next generation worker and customer experiences, today announced it has received the Salesforce 2016 Partner Innovation Award for Nonprofit for its work with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Appirio helped LLS to transform its business with Salesforce Service Cloud by enabling new data modeling and migration, increased mobile functionality, improved tracking of patient data, and an overall ease of system use for patients and employees.
In this age of the customer, companies in every vertical are looking for ways to become more connected ? and the nonprofit industry specifically is ripe for disruption. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was looking for new solutions to manage the organization's core functions such as tracking campaigns, events, volunteers, and interactions with constituents. With Salesforce Service Cloud, LLS can now better support business operations while delivering improved customer experiences. In addition to these added benefits, Appirio helped LLS implement roundCorner's NGO Connect to serve as the foundation for organizational changes. With more than 50 million records migrated to the new system, LLS has improved data integrity and reporting capabilities that prevent inaccuracies and duplications.
