WINNOVATE 2019 Berlin is happening 11-12 November 2019 at The Gasometer in Berlin, Germany!

WINNOVATE, Wipro’s flagship, invitation-only conference brings together a distinguished group of CxOs and senior executives, change agents and technology evangelists to discuss how complex organizations are embracing a culture of co-innovation, collaboration and co-creation to build sustainable business models.
WINNOVATE 2019 Berlin will open with lunch at noon on Monday, 11 November, followed by a general session from 13:00 to 17:30 and dinner at the Bode Museum. The conference will continue through the following day, which includes panel discussions and speakers representing the top companies in cybersecurity, Industry 4.0 and Digital, concluding at 13:30 on Tuesday, 12 November.
Attendees are also invited to our 90-minute workshop led by Designit, held both before and after the conference. This session, Prototyping Futures: Trusting Invisibility, will explore how emerging technologies and human drivers can help maintain trust as algorithms make critical decisions on our behalf.

What is WINNOVATE?
WINNOVATE is Wipro’s flagship customer event of 2019.
At WINNOVATE, we are bringing together a group of industry leaders, thinkers, change agents and technology evangelists for two days of energizing peer to peer discussions, networking and inspiration. Our guests will hear and share different views and perspectives on what’s happening in their industry in the context of technology, leadership and business strategy.
WINNOVATE is an exclusive invitation-only event for our client CXOs and top global technology leaders. We anticipate an all-CXO lineup of 100 senior executives.
How do I register for WINNOVATE?
Please use the link in your invitation email to register. The email will come from WINNOVATE.2019@wipro.com. After you enter your email address, simply follow the steps listed on the registration page. You can re-enter the site at any time to make changes to your registration. Please note that registration is required for participation in WINNOVATE and the invitation is non-transferable.
What are the dates for WINNOVATE and where is it being held?
The main event kicks off with lunch on Monday, 11 November and wraps up after lunch on Tuesday, 12 November at the Gasometer in Berlin, 20 minutes away from the hotel.
We will also be hosting a special Designit-led workshop which will explore how emerging technologies and human drivers can help maintain trust as reliance on algorithms increases. This 90-minute workshop will be held on Monday, 11 November, prior to the start of WINNOVATE and again on Tuesday, 12 November, at the conclusion of WINNOVATE.
What costs are covered by Wipro?
As our guest, we are pleased to cover all costs for you and your partner after you arrive in Berlin. We will provide airport transfers, hotel and all food during the event. We would ask you to pay for your travel to reach Berlin as well as any extra hotel nights you might add to your stay.

Wipro will provide ground transportation to and from Berlin Tegel (TXL), located in the northwest or Berlin Schoenefeld (SXF), located in the southeast.
What time should I check in and check out of the hotel?
Hotel check in is at 1500 hrs and checkout is at 1200 hrs
Should I arrange my own air travel?
Yes. Wipro is not responsible for your air travel to or from Berlin.
May I bring my spouse or partner?
We would be delighted for your spouse or partner to join us for WINNOVATE. We have arranged special activities for them during meeting sessions. We also hope you and your spouse/partner will join us for the evening Gala on Monday, 11 November at the Bode Museum.
What is the attire for WINNOVATE?
Business attire is expected.
