Saurabh Govil is the President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Wipro, a global leader in technology and business consulting. As a member of Wipro’s Group Executive Council, he plays a central role in shaping the company's long-term strategic direction. He also serves as a Trustee of the Wipro Foundation, guiding its impactful initiatives in education and community development.

With over two decades of experience in human resources, Saurabh’s perspective is shaped by leadership roles at organizations such as GE and ITC. He joined Wipro in 2009 and is an alumnus of the prestigious XLRI, Jamshedpur.
