Jasjit Singh Kang is the Managing Partner and Global Head of Business Process Services at Wipro Limited, and a member of the Wipro Executive Leadership. In this role, he manages a global team of business process experts integrating domain, technology, and operations to deliver impactful outcomes. He also leads large scale process transformation for clients across industries worldwide to help them navigate uncertainties with resilience and preparedness.

With over 32 years of experience in technology and business leadership, Jasjit specializes in process transformation, operations management, technology-driven innovation, and business development. Jasjit has been instrumental in setting up various Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, including those managed by outsourcing partners and those operated as Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Additionally, he has been involved in large-scale integrated technology and operations transformation projects across industries.

A key figure in integrating Alight’s business with Wipro, Jasjit previously led Alight’s Asia-Pacific operations. Previously, he held leadership roles at Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services), WNS, and Aon. Jasjit also has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked with major financial institutions.

Jasjit serves as the Chair of the Nasscom Business Process Management (BPM) Council shaping the future of BPM in India by focusing on AI impact, enhancing talent and culture, and expanding BPM delivery to the Tier 3 cities and Rural India.

Jasjit holds an MBA from Central Queensland University, Australia, and is a certified Six Sigma practitioner. An avid runner, Jasjit starts his day with a run and a workout.
