Anne-Marie (Annie) Rowland is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Capco, a Wipro company.

Annie leads a firm of 8,800 professionals across 43 offices. Capco’s expert consultants partner with the world’s leading financial services and energy companies to offer best in class, AI led, end-to-end transformation expertise to clients. Annie has over 20 years of consulting and technology experience in the global financial services industry, partnering with some of the world’s premier financial institutions in the areas of business change management, AI and innovation, and end-to-end transformation.

Annie began her career in financial services as a capital markets SME at Accenture, where she worked with Tier 1 global investment banking clients in Ireland, the UK, USA, and Asia. She joined Capco in 2010 and became its CEO in 2024. Annie has played a pivotal role in the growth of Capco’s business over the last 16 years through a series of executive roles on Capco’s Senior Leadership Team. Annie has served as Global Head of Capco’s Consulting and Transformation practice, the firm’s largest capability practice, as global client partner for Capco’s most complex and significant financial institution partnerships, and Regional Managing Partner for UKI - Capco’s largest region. During her tenure at Capco, Annie has consistently originated and secured many of Capco’s largest and most complex transactions and deliveries. She was awarded the Global Women Leaders in Consulting Award by Consulting Magazine in 2021 and is a member of Wipro’s Group Leadership Executive Team.
