Results for the Third Quarter ending December 31, 2023, will be announced on January 12, 2024, Friday after stock market trading hours in India

Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.

For example, the quiet period for Q3’FY24 will begin on 16th December, 2023 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 12 January, 2024 (the date on which the results for Q3’FY24 will be announced).
