Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.
For example, the quiet period for Q2’FY27 will begin on 16th September 2026 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 15 October 2026 (the date on which the results for Q2’FY27 will be announced).
