Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of therespective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.
For example, the quiet period for Q1’FY27 will begin on 16th June 2026 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 16 July 2026 (the date on which the results for Q1’FY27 will be announced).
