Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.
For example, the quiet period for Q1’FY26 will begin on 16th June 2025 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 17 July 2025 (the date on which the results for Q1’FY26 will be announced).
