Quiet Period begins on the 16th day of the third month of every quarter and ends on the date of earnings release of the respective quarter. Analysts are requested to plan communication events accordingly.
For example, the quiet period for Q2’FY20 will begin from 16th September, 2019 (16th day of the third month of the quarter) and end on 15th October, 2019 (the date on which the results for Q2’FY20 will be announced).
