Catalyst Program
In addition, Wipro is contributing to a Catalyst program focused on “Boosting NPS beyond network KPIs with agentic AI.” This initiative highlights how CSPs can move beyond traditional network-centric metrics by combining network, operational, and customer experience data. Leveraging agentic AI and Autonomous Networks principles, the Catalyst demonstrates a more holistic, data-driven approach to understanding customer perception and proactively improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), ultimately bridging the gap between network performance and true customer experience outcomes.
