I4.0 Maturity Assessment

Mapping the manufacturing IT ecosystem and setting future objectives

Within individual CPG companies, the digital capabilities of various plants can vary greatly. Some operate at higher levels of automation and yield better operational performance, while others rely on manual human intervention and paper-based processes.

Standardising and harmonising processes across the company will yield improved operational efficiencies.

Wipro’s maturity assessment is a structured framework that evaluates the company’s current capabilities from the standpoint of people, process and technology. The multi-dimensional methodology draws on plant visits and interviews with key stakeholders (from plant managers to the CIO organization) that capture current and planned IT initiatives.

Our cross-industry expertise enables us to identify and provide organised solutions for the many complex issues that arise across enterprises during transformation initiatives, as well as identify important opportunities to capitalise on current capabilities and achieve rapid success. We create a roadmap of short-, medium- and long-term objectives based on the maturity assessment, giving priority to outcomes that will accelerate the realisation of business value.
