General Manager & Head, Transformation Business Process Services (BPS)
Nitasha leads Transformation for Business Process Services. Nitasha has worked in areas of operations management, process consulting, technology-based innovation, landscaping studies and service-level management. Nitasha joined Wipro in 2012 and has over 20 years of overall experience. She has led several end-to-end projects and global transformation programs, focused on growth, cost optimization and operational efficiency. Prior to Alight, she worked with Mercer Group India Operations as a Quality leader. Nitasha holds a master’s degree in chemistry and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Practitioner.
