Challenge
Being a financial institution with a large market capitalization, the design and architecture of the DevOps setup needed to be scalable with high availability for onboarding future applications that needed to be hosted on premise. With no prior setup in place, all activities had to begin from scratch right from license procurement to hardware configuration. Banking processes, such as Service Desk Integration, Release Notes Integration, Security Vault Integration, Security Communication requirements, etc. needed to be adhered to. There was no coordination and streamlining of processes between internal and external teams, and the project needed several other customized requirements that had to be addressed innovatively.

The implementation of DevOps by Wipro enabled the client to integrate its various disconnected processes and teams, both internal and external, to achieve deployment automation.
