Global business research consultancy HFS named Wipro a Market Leader in its 2022 Horizons report on Automation Service Providers.
According to HFS, Market Leaders are distinguished by characteristics such as the ability to drive IT and business transformation with differentiated IP and proprietary solutions; a well-rounded ecosystem of technology vendors, start-ups, and technology vendors; and purpose-driven client and partner relationships.
Among Wipro’s strengths, HFS cited Wipro’s ability to leverage design-thinking and modern data-driven analysis and discovery techniques to design solutions that are human-centric and aligned to tangible business goals and outcomes; Wipro’s investments in automation talent through crowdsourcing, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs such as TopGear, HOLMES Academy, RPA Academy, and School of Decision Sciences; innovative commercial models with flexible and transparent pricing models; and a proprietary change management approach that emphasizes stakeholder engagement.
HFS also noted the investments that Wipro Ventures — Wipro’s venture capital investment fund — makes in early- to mid-stage enterprise software startups that often focus on process automation.
