Wellbeing at Wipro: It starts with me

At Wipro, we see employee wellbeing as a crucial component of our success as an organization, and prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional health of our associates across the globe. We know that each of us is more creative, more engaged, and more productive when we are happy and healthy. We have made it a part of our organization’s culture to offer an extensive program and facilities for holistic wellbeing.

But wellbeing is an investment that every individual must make for themselves. It requires a deeper understanding of the impact and importance of wellbeing on our lives, careers, families, and communities.

Wipro’s Employee Wellbeing Oath

My wellbeing journey starts with ME.

I believe that my wellbeing lies in my hands.

I know that self-care is not selfish. I can take better care of family, clients, and community when I am well.

I believe in dedicating time and effort towards my own wellbeing.

I believe that it is my responsibility to prioritize my wellbeing.
