Wipro Switzerland takes pride in its certification with Great Place To Work® for 2024/25. This recognition demonstrates our steadfast dedication to creating a welcoming, respectful and productive work environment. Last year, Wipro was certified and ranked in the Large Companies category, and we await for the ranking list for 2025.
Great Place To Work® institute is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours, proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation. The survey was conducted with the staff of Wipro Switzerland, who answered 60 survey questions on key aspects of workplace culture and trust across five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie, and pride.
79% of the respondents agreed that Wipro Switzerland is a great place to work. We scored highly in several key areas, including physical safety, diversity, equity and inclusion, making a difference at work, giving back to the community, collaboration, and teamwork. Other highlights included opportunities for training and development, trust in management, and pride in work.
