“Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. As Executive Sponsor of our LGBTQIA+ Charter, I am proud to champion a culture where authenticity is celebrated and belonging is non-negotiable. This recognition from Stonewall is a powerful affirmation of our journey, and a reminder that when people feel seen, heard, and empowered to be themselves, they thrive—and so do we.”
