Wipro was recognized with the #2 ranking for general customer satisfaction and recognized as an Exceptional Performer among the top 23 service providers in Switzerland, according to the 2025 Whitelane IT Sourcing Study—a comprehensive assessment of more than 400 unique IT sourcing relationships and nearly 170 participants from the country’s leading IT spending organizations.
Wipro’s clients expressed exceptionally high satisfaction with cloud and infrastructure services, earning the company a #1 ranking among the participating service providers.
For application services, clients rated Wipro #2 for overall satisfaction among participating providers. To gauge provider performance, the evaluation consisted of several key performance indicators. Wipro was positioned among the top five providers for Transformation, Service Delivery and Account management quality. It achieved a score of 83% satisfaction for Service Delivery Quality and 86% satisfaction for Account Management Quality.
