Amar leads global responsibilities for sales and go-to-market functions. This includes leadership for large & complex deals globally, head sales operations including our order-to-cash process, responsible for Private Equity relationships, third party advisory & management consulting partnerships & alliances and leads Wipro’s Silicon Valley Innovation Center (SVIC) in California. Amar brings deep intellect & data driven approach to expanding market access. Amar takes particular joy in hyper-scaling unstructured & nascent businesses and creating a high-performing sales organization. Grown through the ranks of the organization over last two decades performing roles across multiple industry verticals and functions. Has led P&L for multiple sectors including Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing and Hi-Tech.
Amar has traveled and conducted business for Wipro with clients across all five continents and all regions of the United States. A frequent speaker at conferences espousing firm’s strategy and forays into new markets. Amar is also member of Wipro’s Corporate Culture Council.
Amar is a graduate of University of Massachusetts and lives with his family in Cupertino, California.
