Improved SLA and business outcome mapping with Service Life Cycle Management for Internet of Things and operations technology

The significant increase in adoption and dependence on IoT in business necessitates competent service life cycle management. Wipro’s IoTNXT is a framework and tool set that handles end to end service management of IoT and operations technology solution. The solution is platform and OEM agnostic. It also enables IT-OT converged service management having integration with ServiceNXT, Wipro’s IT Service Management framework.

The framework provides onsite and remote shared services using a mix of tools. Wipro’s Smart i-Connect™ OT Command and Control Center help integrate OT systems such as Utility Systems, Network Management Systems, Access Control, Image Analytics, Industrial Automation systems, BMS, Scada, and some leading IoT platforms to provide remote monitoring, control and maintenance for  IoT and  operational technology. It manages the complete solution including device, network, edge gateways, data center, Cloud, and applications.

It helps in many ways and some of the benefits are Proactive monitoring and predictive maintenance of critical IoT and OT Infrastructure, Incident management and Intelligent service desk with ServiceNXT integration, Capacity planning and reservations, Impact analysis and scenario simulations, Field service elimination and consumerization by providing remote support.
