The Wipro Center for Business Resilience is the first of its kind partnership with the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, a top-ranked European business school, and IT publishing house IDG (Computerwoche, CIO magazine) to foster innovation across German organizations.
The Wipro Center serves as a think-tank that provides an open platform to enable conversations and build intellectual capital around core topics. One of the key research topics is the use of technology to build the future enterprise and leadership, which are challenging German organizations today. The collaboration brings together three important aspects for Wipro: Technology innovation, academia, and a strong CIO network to further drive the innovation agenda in Germany.
Strengthening the Dialog among Science, Politics, and Business
The program has a special focus in engaging within the family-run business community and focusing on how such companies can leverage technology to build the future of their business. The center uses interesting network formats to strengthen the dialog among science, politics, and business, which is governed by a Research and Corporate Advisory Board consisting of academic researchers, CIOs and analysts.
With the Düsseldorf-based research center, Wipro and the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management have laid the foundation for an innovative Indo-German partnership.
