Sr. Architect, Enterprise Application Services - Oracle, Wipro Limited
Ashwath Prasad is a Senior Architect in the Enterprise Application Services (EAS-Oracle) team, specializing in the Human Capital Management domain. His responsibilities include strategic consulting and implementation of HRIT solutions in HR, Payroll, Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits streams for enterprises in America, LATAM, UK and the APAC regions. He also heads the team for incubating the Oracle Fusion HCM solutions in Wipro and developing the HCM Center of Excellence.
Prior to his current role, Ashwath has managed projects and implemented solutions in the HCM space. He has been involved in developing several HCM process frameworks and templates that can be reused across projects resulting in cost and time benefits that add value to the customer.
Ashwath brings with him a rich international consulting experience as a result of the numerous client engagements from around the world. He has strong expertise in developing HR strategy road map, packaged solutions evaluation, developing Cost Benefit analysis and Project management
Ashwath has also been an active member of Project Management Institute, USA and is currently actively involved in Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) India Chapter and also the Bangalore International Center (BIC).
