Abstract
Organizations realize the vast potential of using a completely integrated Oracle package. In light of this most of the organizations who had earlier implemented Oracle Financials are in the process of implementing other modules like Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Projects. They face typical challenges when they aim at consolidating their applications landscape.

This white paper articulates the challenges faced during the entire spectrum of implementation. It will help the HRMS implementation team to be better prepared for the challenges faced during HRMS implementation after Financials.
