Abstract
IPTV and IMS are two buzzwords in the telecommunications world today with one providing a service that consumers are clamoring for and the second providing a services framework that promises to ease service deployment for the operator. By utilizing the complementary nature of IPTV and IMS, operators can come up with a win-win proposition that helps both the end customer and the operator.
